At Gautelier, every piece is treated as an object of intention. From preparation to delivery, each order is handled with care to ensure it arrives exactly as it was meant to be experienced.
Below you’ll find details on our delivery process, timelines, and important information to help your order arrive smoothly.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship ONLY within the United Arab Emirates.
All orders are shipped from Dubai, UAE to ensure prompt delivery time.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Gautelier rugs are scheduled individually to ensure careful handling and care.
All delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to scheduling, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In-stock products are typically delivered within 24 - 72 hours from order confirmation.
- Pre-Order products are scheduled as per production lead time. Such orders will be communicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Shipping Costs
All UAE orders include complimentary delivery.
Please note that return shipping costs (where applicable) are not included and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Duties & Taxes
For deliveries within the UAE, no customs duties apply.
Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with UAE regulations.
Delivery & Receipt
Upon delivery, a signature will be required from the customers (or an authorised recipient) as proof of receipt.
Once an order has been received and signed for, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, a rescheduled delivery will be arranged subject to an additional delivery charge which will be communicated prior to rescheduling.
- Gautelier cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Damaged Items in Transit
While every order is carefully handled, if your item arrives damaged:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Contact us via email hello@gautelier.com with clear photographs of the damage and packaging
Notifications received after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
