Are your rugs handmade?

Yes. Each Gautelier rug is handcrafted using traditional techniques. As a result, subtle variations are part of the character of each piece.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?

We produce each design as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our rugs and differences in screen displays, slight variations may occur.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

All orders are shipped from Dubai. Delivery typically takes 24–72 hours from order confirmation.

Is there a delivery charge?

No. We offer complimentary delivery within the UAE.

What if my rug arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged due to manufacturing or if you receive an incorrect item. We will assess the issue and arrange an exchange where applicable.

Are handmade variations considered defects?

No. Variations in colour, texture, weave, or finish are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects or damage.
